What the jury saw at the Tim Bosma trial: Exhibit #161 (C) — Reading more of Dellen Millard’s jailhouse letters that were smuggled out of jail to his girlfriend, Christina Noudga. Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville are on trial for first-degree murder in the case of Tim Bosma, who vanished May 6, 2013, after accompanying two strangers on a test drive of the pick-up truck he was selling online from his home in the Ancaster community of Hamilton, Ont., Canada. ** JOIN ME ON PATREON:   / themobreporter   The prosecutors’ Exhibit #161 were hand-written letters from Millard that police found in Noudga’s home on April 10, 2014, after she was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. Millard plotted an elaborate scheme to have friends change their testimony, concoct evidence, manipulate witnesses and influence the jury in a “James Bond, super spy” mission to save him from a life behind bars. The scheme is revealed in his own words in a series of stunning letters, handwritten in jail and furtively passed to his girlfriend.
