The OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) is the world's largest regional security body. It has 57 members in Europe, North America and Central Asia -- including Russia and Ukraine. The OSCE's Secretary General Helga Schmid talked to DW about why the organization had to end its special monitoring mission to Ukraine.
