SP500 Technical Analysis In our SP500 technical analysis using Elliott Wave Theory the market broke down to key support and now sits there at the close as NVDA is tanking so far in the after hours. If this pushes us below 5585 then 5540 it becomes very likely we look for the overall B wave pullback in the 5350-5400 area then higher. If they push back up over 5640 I would look for a breakout back to the ES ATH and then down. If they give us a 5 wave pullback then we would look at a possible bearish outcome but only if we see 5 down. NASDAQ Technical Analysis Shifting our attention to the NASDAQ, using Elliott Wave Theory the NQ also broke down but did actually break key support and looks to fill out a B wave to the downside overall in the 18600-400 area. If they can do that we would look for a strong launch higher after that. If they push back over 19690 then I would look to a new high in the 20350-550 area. If the pullback shifts into a 5 wave move we would look to be more bearish and look for a corrective bounce.
