How does a single mum holiday with a baby? When my partner headed off on a long weekend (stag do sigh) I decided to take baby Jacob on holiday and figure out how a single mum would manage on holiday with a baby. I have said it before and I will say it again, parenting is hard, but parenting alone is ...really hard, so hats off to all those single parents out there doing an incredible job of raising their kids single handedly. For this adventure I decided to go to Longleat Centre Parks because I didn't want to travel far (Jacob is at that age where he hates being strapped in) and we had an amazing time.
