I have just finished joining all the squares together. I'm so pleased to see all the rainbow of colours. This is a lovely project for a crochet beginner. But lets be honest - the collection of colours is for someone who might have accumulated a bit of a yarn collection. Can you believe there are 750 little squares. It is not always easy to work out how you will edge your blanket. Here I have shown you my choice and my top tips on how to get your edge of blanket straight. I have used loads of colours from my stash of Stylecraft Special dk and Bellissima and Bambino - but I also have odds and ends of other yarns as well. In this video I have also shown you my progress on the Safe at Home knitted blanket and a little lop-eared bunny I have just finiehs.
