The Horse Rock Art Panels, Staying In Bluff, UT, And The Gatekeeper Syndrome

In this video I'm going to show you how find the Saddleblanket rock art panel, also known as Horse Rock. If you've never heard of it, this beautiful image of a horse is jut one of many rock art panels that are withing a 20 minute drive of Bluff, Utah. Most of these panels are not marked with signs, so the majority of visitors passing through Bluff (it's on the way if you are traveling between Momument Valley and Moab) end up driving right by without noticing. But first a word about you might want to choose Bluff as a basecamp to explore Southeast Utah. Whether you end up staying here or not, this tiny little town of about 350 people is definitely worth a stop. Bluff has several interesting attractions, two of the best resorts in the Four Corners, and at least four good restuarant options.
