ZOMBIE GOGO -- A ROCKABILLY HOT ROD PINUP ZOMBIE PARTY!

Zombie GoGo -- as with any of these, I wrote this song for fun, to have a laugh and 'cause I'm weird and weird stuff makes me happy. Inspired by my love of hot rods, and the cheesy hot rod movies of the 50s like Hot Rod Girl, Ghost of Dragstrip Hollow, or even modern renditions like the modern classic CryBaby, mixed with the same love I have for the original George Romero Night of the Living Dead, and the amazing films that have come from those groundbreaking firsts like Return of the Living Dead (the most amazing punk rock 80s cheese fest zombie movie ever!!) and the classis Universal Monsters of the 50s and that whole vibe. Throw some classic Munsters and Addams Family influence into the mix, and these are the results. I guess in my strange brain, the graininess, the contrast of a Super Panavision 70 style black and white, whatever it is, just brings me back to my childhood and watching those old movies and television shows on the late night retro review shows. Having found a way to bring all those things I enjoy so much into a visual story to go along with my love of creating and playing music, is just FUN! and, I do hope it's fun for all you viewers as well.
