While talking to each other, younger sister told queen that God Narayan builds and clears the way for a child's birth. The queen responded that there was no need of God Narayan to receive help in such a minor job of giving birth to a child. I would do myself. God Narayan was anger over the queen's underestimating remarks then went to the Himalaya and sat for penance. The Queen was unable to give birth to any child for 12 years then while her sister delivered baby on due date. This matter was taken in front of an astrologer who concluded that God Narayan is in Himalaya and if could be brought back to Nepal Mandal only then she would be able to give birth to a child. A commitment was made to him that there would be a festival which exists nowhere else. Then the festival was organized on this belief.
