This week I went to Lagoon City which is 84 km from Toronto. It takes one and half an hour drive from Toronto. You can take both routes either Highway 48 or 401 east to Lakeridge North. I found Lakeridge North has more scenic views. I took Highway 48 on my way back because as soon as I was on 48, i did not have to follow the GPS. Its straight directs to my city. Lagoon city a very small city. You can finish seeing the city in one hour or so. There is a resort which is closed for Covid. You can park your car in their parking lot since they are closed. I saw people are fishing in there. You can walk to the end of the rocks and get lost in nature. You will see people are gliding. There is one playground also next to it. You can avoid parking in resort and park on the grass by playground. If you start walking around the city, you will find a few rope bridges which connect from one part to another part of the neighbourhood. You will see water running under the rope bridge. All the houses are surrounded by water. Lagoon is running through the city. Every single house has boat in the backyard. For a moment, I felt like I was in Venice 😁
