Who supports the leader? Hello members of Business Victor Harbor, I’m delighted to invite you to a free presentation on March 9th, designed for business owners of all sizes, on the psychological safety compliance now required in Australian workplaces. This is something I feel deeply passionate about because, to me, this is about more than compliance. It is about unlocking human potential. It is about helping teams thrive. And importantly, it is about ensuring that leaders are supported too, as they carry the responsibility of supporting everyone else. Because let’s be honest, leaders are often the ones holding everything together… but rarely the ones being held. Over the past 30 years I have studied human behaviour across psychology, sociology, trauma and performance, and I am genuinely passionate about helping workplaces become environments where both people and performance can flourish.
