During this workout we'll move through a variety of floor based exercises, designed to loosen joints, stretch muscles and tendons, and leave you feeling loose and relaxed. Focusing on mobility & flexibility helps improve posture, reduces our risk of injury, improves our performance, improves our circulation, and eases stiffness and pain. We start with a standing warm up, before moving to the floor. Exercises can be modified for standing, or by using a chair or yoga blocks. Enjoy! WANT MORE WORKOUTS?
