எங்க ஊர் செல்லையா கடை அப்பத்தின் இரகசியம் இது தான் | Appam | Princy's Authentic Kitchen In this video, I will be showing you how to make Hoppers/Appam very crispy and tasty recipe, This is my grandfather's recipe, He has owned a small restaurant in Sri Lanka "Jaffna" Called Chellaiah tea Kadai, He was pretty famous for his appam and milk tea, So his recipe I will be showing today with a twist, I will be making paal appam, egg appam & plain appam, & Katta sambal/sambal, So let me show you how to make this easy tasty crispy appam & sambal recipe step by step., Ingredients: White Rice-2 cups or 435 grams (Washed & soaked in water for 6 hours) Dry yeast-1/4 Tsp 1/2 cup or 125 ML of fresh coconut water 1 cup or 250 ML of water 1/2 cup or 125 ML of water 1/2 cup or 125 ML of water ferment for 8-10 hours 1/2 Tsp of salt 1/2 Tbsp of sugar Paal Appam Thick 1st extracted coconut milk 1/8 Tsp of salt 1 Tbsp of sugar Sambal: 75 grams of shallots salt 1/2 Tsp 3 Tbsp of chili flakes 10 grams of Maldives fish(washed and soaked in water for 15 minutes) lime/lemon juice as your wish #appam #srilanka #paalappam
