While the Salesforce Object Creator is good at creating many field types (text, checkbox, dates, number, numbers formatted as percentages), it only creates Text fields with 255 characters. If you want to have fields with more characters, or use other features, like a multi-line window (visible lines) this video shows how to modify the format. We also add Help fields to provide suggestions for entering relevant information. Review the other options when modifying fields including making them required.
