First tones from my new, second hand Yamaha Revstar. This is the kind of guitar that just feels right from the start. I've been wanting to try one as I have noticed more than one person saying good things about these Yamaha guitars, and of course Chris Buck is a great ambassador for Yamaha, and especially this model. Can't wait to get to know it better and I already dig the tones from those P90's. I chose my Fender Blues jr III with the Eminence Cannabis Rex 12" speaker for this first test and included a Mosfet Preamp pedal from Vulk Audio into the mix. I like the way it adds a bit of spark to the tone.
