Real Estate Demo: ArcGIS Experience Builder, Oriented Imagery, and Business Analyst

This demo was created in ArcGIS Experience Builder using a 3D web scene, Business Analyst widget and AerialSphere data via Oriented Imagery Widget. The information and property data used is all publically available through AGOL, the city of Gilbert open data and Maricopa County Assessor portals. Each point on the AerialSphere map correlates to a lot with property information. The user can click on the point itself to load the associated metadata or, alternatively, they can filter through addresses by using the search bar. As a point is clicked or address is selected, the pie chart updates with the property information. The zip code information can be used as well, by clicking on the zip code in the left panel. This then updates the graph to encompass all addresses/property information within the zip code. The ‘property data’ tab dynamically changes as addresses are filtered through. This information comes from the Maricopa county assessor's office. Finally, the orange camera icons within the map view represent other AerialSphere photo capture locations. A user can change camera viewpoint by using the ‘images’ upper right hand panel, clicking an image ID, and selecting ‘open image’.
