A quick tutorial on how to make Rocket Candy (aka R-Candy). There are dozens of different ways to make R-Candy. Having experimented many of them, we have come up with a method that has produced the best results for us. Please feel free to play around with our method to find a recipe that works best for you! PLEASE NOTE: Cooking utensils used to make rocket fuel are not really suitable for use with food. It's best to just buy a cheap pan and grinder and dedicate them to fuel. WHERE TO BUY THE INGREDIENTS In general, almost everything here can be found on eBay, however it is also possible to purchase some of the ingredients locally. SUCROSE - Table Sugar: This can be purchased just about anywhere. POTASSIUM NITRATE - Saltpeter or Stump Remover: Potassium Nitrate can be purchased in some hardware stores in the gardening sections.
