By utilizing the waterfall workflow, the development of one phase can only start when the previous phase is complete. AGILE METHODOLOGY Unlike the waterfall method, agile methodology doesn’t rely on the status of its preceding phase. Instead, the agile method allows multiple phases to work simultaneously within small iterative periods, also referred to as sprints.
