Part I of ECHO:    • Echo | Part I // Frostiron   Yay, finally! It's almost finished! (Mwahaha, yes, this is part 2!) There'll be an ending in Part 3! (I decided to cut it cause Part 2 was rather long and it seemed appropriate to end it there)! I won't take so long to make Part 3 though cause I already have the outline! ;) Also, a huge thank you to everyone who commented on my preview for the video! I got lazy after a while~! :P So pls use your imagination on those bits! ;) Edit: I just realized I wrote 'a month' in the dialogue bit! *_* eep~ That's a mistake lol~ | | | STORY PRESENT Tony is trying to find out his past by retracing his steps back to his childhood. He thinks by doing so, he'll be able to find out the missing remnants of this stranger that haunts his thoughts. And by doing so, he remembers. PAST When a young Loki goes a little too far with one of his mischievous pranks during an important event, Odin is left with little choice but to assure the angry crowd that Loki will be shown a lesson. As punishment, Odin decides to send him down to Midgard so that Loki will understand the meaning of humility. Deprived of his magic, Loki is forced to live an year (although in Asgard time, it’s around a month) at Midgard to fend for himself. Loki manages to fool the Stark family into thinking that a distant English cousin of their relation had come to stay with them. While Howard and Maria Stark are oblivious to the fact that a total stranger was in their home, young Tony Stark is not fooled whatsoever. He sees through the spell and Loki's lies, which puts the young Prince in an awkward position. Loki doesn’t understand why the illusion doesn’t work on Tony, but later finds out that it didn’t affect Tony because he had seen Loki’s arrival to Midgard, thus making him immune to Loki’s spell. At first Tony and Loki both hate each other but they soon find it impossible to keep up with their prideful manner after they find that they are quite alike in interests and in character. With Tony unaffected by the spell, Loki tells him the truth about his origins and the two become more than good friends. When Loki feels that he is being called back home, he is reluctant to leave Tony. He feels connected to the young mortal and decides then that he would cause as much mischief as he can so that he can come back to see Tony again. He continues to do this until he comes to an agreement with his father to be able to travel to Asgard. Loki comes to really love Tony in the passing years. He can be free with Tony, while at home he needs to be the prince everyone expects him to be. The same is expected of Tony - he feels at home with Loki because he can get away from being Howard Stark's son and future inheritor to his father's work. Together they are bound together, true to one another - without one another, they are both different people entirely. They grow up together and go to school. Even after Tony is accepted into MIT, Loki follows as his ‘roommate’. The two grow up like brothers but gradually they start to harbor feelings for each other. One day, Loki becomes jealous when he sees Tony with another girl and takes out his anger on him. His anger is so strong that he accidentally casts a spell that hurts Tony and his family, ending in tragedy. Tony is taken to the hospital and recovers from the car accident, but his parents are killed. Realizing what he’d done, Loki decides to leave Tony to protect him, leaving Tony to race after him to try and find him but to no avail... | | | CREDIT Written at the end of the video!
