Wealth, Legacy & Leadership: Mastering Yourself to Build a Secure Future - Oral Heaven

The Scotiabank Women Initiative staged its first forum in the parish of St Ann on Wednesday, September 17th under the theme, “Wealth, Legacy & Leadership; Mastering Yourself to Build a Secure Future” Kerry-Ann Chong, Director of Sales, Service and Channel Delivery with Scotiabank Jamaica Life Insurance Company; Oral Heaven, Centre Director, Scotia Private Banking; and guest speaker Assistant Commissioner Julian Davis-Buckle the highest ranking female officer in the Jamaica Fire Brigade discussed the themes from three perspectives. Scotiabank Women Initiative (SWI) is a signature programme which was launched in Canada in 2018, followed by Jamaica in 2022, before moving on to Costa Rica and Chile. SWI supports Scotiabank clients who are women business owners, leaders, and decision-makers by way of a three-pronged approach: bespoke education, advisory and mentorship, along with access to capital. This event was staged under the advisory and mentorship pillar.
