A recipe that everyone will treasure. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #MangoWeek Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3q8bfs1 Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook:   / foodfusionpk   Instagram:   / foodfusionpk   Twitter:   / foodfusionpk   Also follow ‪@HealthyFoodFusion‬ & ‪@FoodFusionKids‬ for healthy food & kid's special recipes. 00:00 Mango Barfi Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 medium -Badam (Almonds) 10-12 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12 -Ghee 2 tbs -Khoya 250g -Sugar 4 tbs or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Sukha nariyal (Desiccated coconut) 2 Cups -Chandi warq (Edible silver leaves) -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -In a blender jug,add mangoes & blend to puree mangoes & set aside. -In a grinder,add almonds,cashew nuts & grind to make powder & set aside. -In a wok,add ghee & let it melt. -Add mango puree (approx. 1 & ½ Cup),mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add khoya & mix until well combined. -Add sugar,cardamom powder,almonds & cashew powder,desiccated coconut,mix well & cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (10-12 minutes). -On greased dish or mold,add prepared mixture and spread evenly. -Garnish with edible silver leaves,sprinkle pistachios & press gently. -Cut in desired pieces,let it set for 3-4 hours & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 medium -Badam (Almonds) 10-12 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12 -Ghee 2 tbs -Khoya 250g -Sugar 4 tbs or to taste -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Sukha nariyal (Desiccated coconut) 2 Cups -Chandi warq (Edible silver leaves) -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -Blender jug mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka mango puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Grinder mein badam aur kaju dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Mango puree (approx. 1 & ½ Cup) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Cheeni,elaichi powder,badam & kaju powder aur sukha nariyal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes). -Greased dish or mold mein tayyar mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Chandi warq aur pista sa garnish ker ka gently press ker lein. -Desired pieces mein cut ker lein aur 3-4 hours set hunay kliya chor dein & serve karein!
