How to place dental implants with no bone is a case report where we had a patient who did not want to do zygoma implants or full mouth prosthesis. First we augmented the upper jaw with osteobiol cortical lamina combined with osteobiol gto, PRGF-endoret and autologus bone. After few months we did implant surgery.First we placed in the lower jaw then several weeks later in the upper. So the plan was to place 6 implants in the upper and lower jaw. but the patient complained with heavy pain even in anesthesia on both sides when we wanted to place extra short implants in the lower jaw in the molar area. So from 12 planned, 10 were placed. We waited 4 months for healing and then opened them and placed multi-im abutments for cocr composite prosthesis suprastructure.
