The artistic aspect is given by the use of “Cotisso”, the glass in the residual raw state at the bottom of the processing furnace after the glass masters have finished the typical creations of the production of the island of Murano. Once cooled, the “Cotisso” comes in all the colors used in the creation of glass and is fascinating for its materiality, which portends infinite possibilities in shape and color. The lamps, in enhancing the chromatic variability and transparency of the “Cotisso”, enhance its peculiarities, through the internal lighting that makes the light vibrate outwards with a magical effect of reflections. At the top, the lights return to their primary lighting function. The lamps are unique pieces, since the choice and arrangement of the “Cotisso” can never be the same and the color combinations can be chosen and varied according to the wide range of colors.
