Since you need to clear Trial of Bahamut - Very Hard in order to unlock Bahamut as a useable summon, I tried to do this with as low of a power rating as I could. You can definitely get by with lower Overboost on Aerith's Fairy Tale, as healing isn't too rough. Damage is very much a concern, however, as there is a limit to how long fights can be.
