Recipe For Lasagna With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella & Parmesan 2 lb ground beef 1 tablespoon tomato paste 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 16 oz ricotta cheese 16 oz mozzarella cheese, grated 1 cup parmesan, grated 1 box lasagna noodles Recipe For Lasagna With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan Directions Homemade Meat Sauce Brown the ground beef, and drain off any extra fat. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, crushing large tomatoes, and stir. Add the spices, stir and simmer for 1 - 2 hours. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, and return the dish to the oven. Cook for another 15 minutes to brown the cheese on top. Let sit for 15 -20 minutes before serving.
