Thomas is accused of picking Buzbee up from her home outside Indianapolis at the beginning of January and bringing her to Columbus and Hocking County. Buzbee's family has not heard from her since. On Saturday, police arrested Thomas on two charges - tampering with evidence and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. Court records reveal a judge allowed the FBI to pick up Thomas from the Franklin County Jail on Sunday for investigative purposes.
