Spacious lobby and modern comfort atmosphere. The hotel has more than 318 rooms (sometimes indicating 320) on 22 floors, about 81 m high. The rooms are equipped with balconies (often overlooking the sea), air conditioning, coffee/ tea machines, minibars, premium bed, soundproofing, «pillow menu», TVs, work area and free Wi-Fi. Two restaurants: Manara - dishes of local (Levant-Israeli) and Mediterranean cuisine, with a sea view. Surfside Seaview is a buffet (especially breakfast) overlooking the sea. There is also a pool bar on Deck 115 and a lobby bar. Within walking distance of the hotel are the famous Artistic Quarter, Jaffa as well as beaches - Frishman, Gordon and others.
