Briefly mix the quark with sugar, milk, egg, vanilla sugar and oil. 2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture and knead into a smooth dough. 3. Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Be careful not to roll out the dough too thin, it should be 1 cm so that it rises nicely and is fluffy. 4. Cut out the bunnies, place them on a baking tray and brush with melted butter. 5. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. 6.
