Today I’m sharing a simple and delicious Carrot Halwa (Gajar Ka Halwa) made at home with milk. Let’s make it step by step 🥕🥛 This deserts is popular in Pakistan 🇵🇰, India 🇮🇳, Bangladesh 🇧🇩 people of this places love to make it special in winter. 🥕 Ingredients: 1 kg carrots (chopped or grated) 1 liter milk Sugar (according to taste) ½ teaspoon cardamom powder Ghee (optional) 👩🍳 Method (Step by Step): 1️⃣ First, take 1 liter of milk in a cooking pot and cook it on low heat until it becomes thick. 2️⃣ In another pot, add the chopped carrots and cook them until they become soft. 3️⃣ Now, add half of the thickened milk to the carrots and mix well. 4️⃣ Add sugar according to your taste and cook until the mixture becomes thick. 5️⃣ Add ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder for flavor and aroma. 6️⃣ You guys can also add ghee at this stage, but I didn’t add it. 7️⃣ Cook for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat.
