Worldbuilding in gacha games has unfortunately been seen as less and less of a focus. A lot of them don't care to make a very interconnect world but instead build different vibes and experiences per place in their universe. Most of the story focus is for the characters. And as a business strategy, I don't hate it, it makes sense. But personally I think worldbuilding needs to be talked about more and more games should invest resources into it.
