First Tasmanian all female team of lawyers appeal to the High Court may not happen | ABC News

But now the Legal Aid Commission has indicated they may not be up to the task. Tasmanian defence lawyers Kim Baumeler and Phillippa Willshire have been granted special leave by the High Court to appeal a criminal case but the Legal Aid Commission wants someone else to take over.
