You ever just buy a book because it's pretty? I have a history of expecting that a book will be good because I like the cover and sometimes that's all I need to add them to my to be read list to do more digging on in the future. But I was in full impulse purchase for this book 100% because it was pretty. I was dodging Sam's Club shoppers while trying to research the author's beliefs and stances on things I care about on a Sunday afternoon for this one. I don't even really enjoy reading physical books these days... But alas. It looked pretty and I wanted it on my shelf. I'm so glad I had a good time otherwise I would have been pissed!
