I made a series of short videos showcasing my pickup swap. I went from a Zexcoil noiseless single coil (SV5+) to a Dimarzio Pro Track. There's barely any info or videos from the Pro Track so I hope it helps somebody. I believe this pickup shines when you wire it with series/parallel switching. It's "darker" compared to my Zexcoil single coil (which is a slightly hot single coil). Dimarzio has more gain (not a huge amount, but definitely more). Dimarzio has just a bit more Low end. I believe the Pro Track sounds really similar to the Zexcoil when in parallel mode. With distortion is a little bit harder to tell them apart, but you can feel definitely the Dimarzio has more distortion and because of this it is a lil bit more compressed. I kinda think/agree with Dimarzio's description of it being similar to a vintage PAF. Not quite like it but not so far either. I will showcase the different combinations available with the stock switchblade + the s1 switching in the future. It's just that I wired the Pro Track "out of phase" with the other 2 zexcoils, so when combine it with the neck and middle pickups it sounds weird or thin or really mid focused.
