Watch first video befor this video to get a better full story of what happend. My girlfriend and I went to do curb side pickup. We waited 20minutes and double checked that we completed the order through the ap. We saw we did it correctly as we received a emailed receipt so we deside to go through drive through to ask if they received our order. The women at the first window said she did not receive our order. I tried to show her the email receipt and she just told us to go to the next window to talk to manager. Two managers (1)named Emma (2) named Michelle were working. We told them and showed them our receipt they again said same thing that they did not receive our order. I tried to show them the receipt again and they just started yelling at us. I asked her what we are supposed to do. She just said to leave and check the order that we did something wrong. Again we had the emailed receipt showing the completed order. They both then started yelling at us more that we need to leave or they will call the police on us. It was such an aweful feeling how they treated us. We pulled into parking spot and went inside. Again tried to show them the receipt and they instantly started yelling at my gf saying she is confused and calling her names. After arguing with my girlfriend for 30 minutes the other manager comes up and asked what her name was, she told her. They found the order that is was a curbside pickup. The manger then throws the receipt at my girlfriend. They never looked to see if curbside was how we ordered. They both started again telling how my girlfriend and I are confused and started calling us names. The one manager started flipping out yelling and throwing things. As this is happening a man walks in and says “excuse me, I did curbside pickup and Iv been waiting 20 min” the manger then starts yelling at him. The way she treated him as well as my gf and I was disgusting! The man started to yell back. The entire time after they figured out they were the ones wrong were still yelling about us in another language. The kept insisting that the problem was our ap. Even tho we showed emailed receipt. No matter what they are the managers, the People they are representing your company. They need act professional and not freak out when things get hard. By the time we got our food it was 10:00pm on the dot. We argued for an hour when they were the ones wrong. All the needed to do was do their job and look through the computer to find out order number. By the time we got home it was 10:26pm as I go to eat my food I realize our order isn’t Wright. In fact it wasn’t even our order. Nothing was right. The stress and annoyance that we had to deal with is unacceptable to us and should be to you being the owners of the establishment. I have recorded the entire confrontation from step one when they started to refuse helping us. I would really appreciate something to be done. I will email the videos to people that I think will helps us. Please let me no if anymore info I can provide. Thankyou a disappointed customer.
