Those who are very charismatic who can attract people to them and have anyone like them will also use this technique as they visualize positive social interactions. But what’s easiest to see in the real world is how the best athletes use visualization. If you have ever watched the best golfers in the world, before every single shot, they will take a moment to stand behind the ball, looking as if they are just staring off into the distance. What they actually are doing is visualizing exactly where they want the ball to go. Now, Michael Jordan, the best basketball player ever, had the amazing ability not only to win, but to predict how many points he would score in a game. This is because he would visualize himself scoring that many points in the game. Then he would go out and do it. But my favorite example of an athlete using visualization is the ufc fighter Connor mcgregor. He was literally a nobody and came from nowhere. But Very early in his career, he stated that he would use the law of attraction and would visualize winning his fights and visualize becoming a successful fighter in the ufc. He would have an unbelievable ability to predict how he would win his fight and even in what round he would win. If you don’t know who he is, he is hands down, the most famous and wealthiest ufc fighter ever. Your subconscious mind is such a powerful force in your life. If you guide it, if you tell it what you want and give it a direction, it will begin to find ways to create your outer world from the images that you first created in your inner world. It is best to visualize at night just before you sleep while in meditation. Being in a meditative state just before sleep provides you the most influence over your subconscious mind when it is most susceptible to suggestion. These visualizations and suggestions will ingrain themselves into your subconscious for the entirety of your sleep. This meditation will bring you down into a deep meditative state then it will guide you in visualizing what you want to attract into your life.
