Rep. Kevin Kiley joins CNN's Elex Michaelson to share his thoughts on gerrymandering and if there is a solution to it. Rep. Kevin Kiley (R–California) is urging voters to reject Proposition 50, a redistricting measure he says represents one of the worst cases of gerrymandering in decades. Citing an “F” grade from the Princeton Gerrymandering Project, Kiley calls the proposed “elephant district” map unfair and damaging to democracy. He criticized Gov.
