Chilling first-person video shows ISIS terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s view of New Orleans during a scouting trip ahead of his New Year’s Day attack on Bourbon Street. The FBI released footage Sunday that Jabbar recorded with Meta smart classes during a trip to the French Quarter. He was wearing the same glasses when he rammed his rented truck down the famed street and killed 14 people and wounded dozens others. And now the FBI says he could have killed even more people with IEDs he planted around the packed tourist-district — but cops killed him before he could reach the remote detonator.
