There are sections inside that have leather accents. The stitching on the briefcase is well done and the overall build quality looks very solid. The handle is comfortable to hold onto and the bag comes with an adjustable shoulder strap that is very easy to adjust. The interior of the briefcase has a couple of pockets. Two small ones of the same size and two pen holders as well as the padded laptop compartment. The main compartment is wide enough to hold a book or some over the head headphones.
