The Matterhorn Gotthard Railway is a famous railroad company in Switzerland that operates a 144 km long narrow-gauged network in the high Alps, connecting well-known places like Zermatt and Andermatt with the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) network in the Eastern part of Switzerland. The Matterhorn Gotthard Railway best-known train service is the Glacier Express, which it jointly operates with the Rhaetian Railway (RhB). The video was mostly filmed at the train station of the alpine resort of Andermatt which is nearby the Gotthard Massiv and shows various trains that are in operation by the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway, for example HGm 2/2, a two-axle diesel-electric rack-and-pinion locomotive built by Stadler Rail for railroads in Switzerland, Spain, and Austria.
