Twitch: / beamqueensol It's Tornado! We spin a lot. Really, Storm Tornado's the best of the ability's forms and it's not even close. Each of them can grab enemies and star bullets to add more attacks to the Hyper Tornado finisher, but Storm Tornado adds more properties in general. Whatever it grabs gets electrified when the attack's ended, and home in on the nearest enemy instead of spinning around us. And that same finisher does many more hits and as a result, much more damage, giving us an option to keep attacking when we don't have anything else to add to the perfect storm.
