Still Growing

Minister McFadden teaches that spiritual growth is not a one-time event, but a lifelong journey. As believers, we are still growing — continually being shaped, refined, and conformed into the image of Christ. Drawing from the invitation of Jesus to “take my yoke upon you,” this message reminds us that we are not meant to carry life’s burdens alone. When we yoke up with Christ, we enter into divine partnership. He walks with us, strengthens us, teaches us, and shares the weight of every challenge we face. Through this holy yoke: We learn His ways. We grow in faith and character. We find rest in His promises. We discover strength beyond our own ability. Spiritual maturity is an ongoing process of being transformed into His image. It requires surrender, trust, and daily dependence on God. As we walk with Him, we are shaped by His Word, guided by His Spirit, and sustained by His grace. We are saved — yet still growing. We are redeemed — yet still being refined.
