If anyone can figure out all the clip cities you get an award, we have at least 8 states and 2 countries! I've been away for awhile! So, what's new? I bought a 2013 Nissan Leaf, funny looking car but it's an great vehicle. Fun, cheap, reliable, plugs in at night and it's ready to go every morning, just like a phone. Does very well in snow too! I currently live in Bend, Oregon, but I am unsure how long that will be the case. It's a cool place, similar feel to the Colorado Front Range, but much less busy. Drivers are good here, and I didn't have a functional dashcam in the Leaf for 5 months so that's part of the reason for the delay. The Pilot is still with me, but it's showing its age for sure, 300k miles strong. I graduated from college in 2021 (civil/transportation engineering) and spent the remainder of the year doing the 'van life' thing traveling and exploring. I built out the Pilot as a tiny camper van, sleeping platform, battery system, functional storage, kitchen, and adventure gear included, and travelled 22 states with it over 9 months, ending up in Bend, Oregon Dec '21. Oregon has been my base since then, but I may move again as I transition back into my normal career. So, that's where I've been. Hope you viewers are doing well out there, thanks for reading!
