This is a surefire way to catch them! This method uses repels and the levels of your pokemon to manipulate which wild pokemon can appear in an area. This makes it so that the only wild pokemon that can appear in the grass is latias or latios, and you can easily refresh the location of them using the bike paths hut. TRUST ME, THIS IS REAL AND WORKS!! The levels are off because I was playing around with a level hack and forgot to turn it off, it literally has NO effect on how this played out! Watch and see :D
