World Clubfoot Day on the BBC

On World Clubfoot Day 2016, patients and visitors learned about the work of Oxford clinicians to improve the lives of children in Africa born with clubfoot. The public engagement event at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre raised awareness of UK volunteers’ involvement in training health workers in over 15 countries through the Africa Clubfoot Training project. The ACT project partners are NDORMS University of Oxford, CURE Ethiopia Children’s Hospital, CURE Clubfoot and Global Clubfoot Initiative, with funding from THET and the UK Department for International Development.
