How many times have you heard us say "arboriculture happens in conversation"? Probably every video. And we'll probably keep saying that too. Our word choices matter, and they can shape our attitudes towards trees. Having more constructive conversations with clients about their trees starts with you, the arborist, and how you communicate about trees. In this video, we talk about the shortcomings of the industry-term 'defect', what we've replaced that with, and why it matters at all.
