Art psychotherapy & the Community Investment Fund

In 2020, Arran Youth Foundations and the Arran High School Parent Council applied to the Arran Locality Partnership's Community Investment Fund for £45,226. This was an application for three-year funding for mental health and wellbeing activities, and we were delighted to learn it was successful. In this video, young people from AYF speak about what an incredible difference this has already made - focusing in particular on the art psychotherapy group and one-to-one sessions it funds, but also mentioning the inaugural annual mental health and wellbeing retreat we held in summer 2021. This funding has made a massive difference to the mental health and wellbeing of young people on Arran. Thanks to the kindness of Chris and Jan Attkins at Positive Pictures, we were able to demonstrate this in this fantastic short video.
