http://www.rudyschieder.com A few test shots on what's possible with the Rokinon 14mm F/2.8 being shot on a Canon T3i. This lens is an incredible "bang for your buck." I got mine for just over $300 on Amazon and it shoots just as well as lenses three times its price. The low price does come with drawbacks which include- no autofocus, and manual aperture which is set on the lens itself rather than through the camera. If I wanted a wide angle lens for photography I may of not gotten this lens, but since the purpose of me buying this lens was for video the "cons" didn't matter to me. The conclusion is this; the lens is built and feels like a rock, performs well in lowlight (f/2.8) and the low cost of $300-$400 certainly does outweigh the disadvantages (no autofocus & manual aperture) for me. Would I recommend this to someone shooting a hollywood blockbuster? Probably not, because a person doing that can normally afford much better equipment.
