In Day 2 of Mike's off-season rebuild, we take a full technical look at the movement patterns limiting his ball-striking and speed — and begin reshaping his swing for long-term consistency and performance. After baselining his numbers, we break down the core issues: a narrow backswing, excessive early rotation, limited lateral shift, and over-dependence on hand-and-arm speed. These patterns create steepness, inconsistent strike locations, and difficulty generating power efficiently. To address this, we introduce structured drills designed to create width, stability, and proper sequencing. Using band-tension work, guided rehearsals, and stance adjustments, Michael learns how to: • Build a wider, more stable backswing • Create true stretch and coil through the body • Improve lateral movement and right-side loading • Deliver more loft with the irons • Reduce steepness and control low point • Add right-side bend and improve driver launch mechanics • Produce a higher-launch, lower-spin driver pattern This is a raw, unfiltered training session — the exact process we use with players looking to develop a more efficient, powerful, and repeatable motion throughout the off-season. Any golfer dealing with narrowness, steepness, poor balance, or suboptimal sequencing will benefit from the same drills and concepts. 🎯 TAP SUBSCRIBE & TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS so you never miss a lesson! 📢 FREE GOLF TIPS & COACHING – FOLLOW US: 📸 Instagram: Ian Fraser: / ianfrasergolf Fraser Golf Institute: / frasergolfinstitute 🌐 Improve Your Game and join the community with Fraser Golf Institute 👉 Visit Our Website: https://www.frasergolfinstitute.com
