You can alaway catch a bus if you can not be bother to walk  Staff nice and friendly. Working very hard  Staff around the pool and lobby don't pick up your child or kissing them like they do in other hotels. Unfortunately staff in the kids club do kiss them! Which is odd Kids can use free armbands  Staff walking around the pool and bringing drinks  Baby food and microwave in the buffet  All drinks are all inclusive; hotel has branded European drinks such as coke, sprite etc  Great coffee shacks  Fridge in the room  shurtle buss every 15 min. One which will take you from one side to the other of the hotel. Another one drives only around the maink ground  Fridge with water scattered around the hotel  Sales people are not pushy. You will tell them "no" and they will walk away  Even if there is a building work or maintenance going on on the site it's not disturbing - while we were there they were building toilet next to the pool (Aqualand area) Negatives: Not a lot of vegan/vegetarian options for dinner and lunch You have to bring your own snorkeling equipment as you can not rent it in the hotel - apparently it's because of COVID and hygien reason  There is a tunnel which will take you from one side to another of the hotel but you will not be able to walk in there as is only designated to shuttle bus drivers  You have to cross the road every time when you want to get to the other side of the hotel - not really buggy friendly and you will be mivared by other Egyptian people about the taxi or if you want to buy anything  Kids are forced to use armbands if they will not recreation manager Emad will give you attitude and start arguing with you.  General information  There is 8 alcata on the site but you have to book it 2 days in advance  Cost of taxi from the airport £10 but Egyptian will mug you off at tell you to pay for airport parking too which is 40-60 Egyptian (1dollar) not 5 dollars  ‪@RixosPremiumSeagate‬
