Fatima Zaidi’s mission to create leaders who inspire change, improve lives and uplift humanity, took shape as a result of experiencing bullying in high school. She transformed this adversity into an opportunity for growth and spearheaded a national anti-bullying campaign. Over the next 10 years and well over 10,000+ hours, she went on to engaging in leadership development and service provision in the education and non-profit sector for various demographics and serving as a director on various boards. Fatima is currently the President of her Rotary Club and member of Mayor’s Taskforce on Inclusion, Diversity, and Accessibility. With her extensive portfolio in public speaking, development and facilitation of results-focused leadership programs and powerful visioning and strategic planning sessions, she found herself in the world of entrepreneurship as a leadership Strategist and founded Project Instigate – Leadership, Learning & Growth Strategies. In her TEDxTalk, Fatima will openly share her powerful compassionate leadership-based business growth strategy called The Biotope, designed to help leaders discover their unique leadership process and clarify their organizational identity.
