Disney Springs just freshened up their food truck offerings by making Cilantro Urban Eatery a permanent staple. This Latin American quick service establishment replaces Walt Disney World's Mac & Cheese Truck, which we weren't the biggest fans of. Cilantro has been available at Walt Disney World previously and we were excited to savor the authentic Latin American flavor they bring to this area. This video was filmed during the first day of Flavors of Florida 2023 and after Cilantro we ventured out into Disney Springs to taste some fresh Florida flavors. There was a lot of citrus!
